1. Command:

Your order should be addressed to Félinea by email (info@felinea.eu), phone or through the contact us page of the site www.feliena.eu. Félinea will confirm your order within 24 hours by email. If no response within this time please contact us to know the status of your order. Any order addressed to Félinea by the customer implies its unreserved acceptance of terms and conditions below.

Indicated billing prices are in Euros. Félinea reserves the right to change the invoice price.

 

On demand & cosutom manufacture. Your Félinea model is unique, made on demande and only on demand. We do not operate on stock. Consequently, and in accordance with regulations, you do not have the ability to retract or send back your order in the case, for example, you have changed your mind after your order.

 

2. Responsibility

Félinea responsibility can not be held in case of non compliance with the legislation of the country they are delivered. Félinea can not be held responsible for the use of ordered and delivered products. The photographs and texts illustrating the products on our catalog or on our website are not contractual. The customer is solely responsible for their use by itself or by a third party. The product is likely to move during its use by the customer animals, therefore the customer is required to rigorously study the product's position so that it does not cause harm or damage. Félinea attracts the customer's attention to the fact that wood is a natural material that can evolve and deform over time, and needs to be regularly maintained and carfully used carefully. 3. Shipping

Our furniture is delivered fully assembled (except Icarus model) to the delivery address you specified on your order. The delivery time is between 4 and 6 weeks after receipt of payment.

In metropolitan France: The cost of delivery is € 50 VAT incl. We work with several carriers who will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

5. Complaints

Even if the parcel is in good external condition, you must, before signing the delivery note, check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. No dispute shall be acceptable if the client did not mention reservations concerning the delivery, confirmed in writing, accompanied if possible by pictures, and clearly stating the reasons for the claim. This contestation must be made no later than three business days after delivery. Félinea after study and acceptance of your claim will refund or exchange your products. Any claim made after the deadline will not be accepted. Any physical return of products in our warehouse that has not been authorized and without having obtained a return number from us will be refused.

 

6. Payment

Full payment is made together with the command, by bank transfer or check.

 

7. Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Paris will have sole jurisdiction

 

8. Intellectual Property

All texts and images reproduced on Félinea website are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the world. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use subject to different rules even more restrictive code of intellectual property is allowed. Any other use without prior authorization of Félinea constitutes infringement and is punishable. Total or partial reproduction of the Félinea catalog is prohibited.
